Gilwell Reunion is the only opportunity each year for the members of 1st Gilwell Park Scout Group (Wood Badge holders aka Gilwellians) to meet, celebrate, and welcome new members.

Unit Management and PD Course

Personal Development Course 3 (open to all Scouts/Venturer Scouts aged 14-16), and Venturer Scout Unit Management course open to all WA Venturer Scouts. Course fee covers catering costs for the event (including morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and dessert on Saturday as well as breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on Sunday). Fee also covers cost of an individually printed certificate for each participant that they can put with their CV when applying for potential employment.

Cub Scouts will spend the day exploring activity bases, trying new things, building skills, having fun with friends and celebrating everything that makes Cub Scouts… well, Cub Scouts!
Every registered Cub Scout will also receive their very own Cubilee 2026 blanket badge, with a pancake, apple slinky, icy pole and take-home crafts all included in the event fee.

End of Year Splash Party!
Wrap up the year with an epic day at Cockburn ARC! Join us on Saturday 28 November, 10:00am – 2:00pm for water slides, swimming, pizza and good times with your mates.
Travel by public transport (train + 10-minute walk) or get dropped off. Make sure you bring your bathers, towel, water bottle, snacks, and wear your activity shirt. Bring your runners if you want to shoot some hoops on the court.
Cost is $15, which includes entry and pizza. Please also bring a $10 gift to donate to Perth Children’s Hospital – let’s give back while we celebrate!
We’ll also be announcing new members of the BVT, so don’t miss it 👀
It’s the perfect way to finish the year – see you there!
